Never disappointed in anything we've had, especially today! I had the half roasted chicken w/a lemon jus, potatoes au gratin, & haricot verts & for dessert the flourless chocolate cake w/salted caramel gelato was the perfect finish. My husband had Mahi Mahi w/a baked shaved carrot & orzo (he raved about the carrots!) & bread pudding for dessert. The new Chef is very creative & a great addition to the wonderful staff. I recommend getting on their mailing list for their special events!
Located off Lake Mead and Buffalo Rd Chelsey was our server, she was friendly and attentive. What we ordered: 1.) Bowl Clam Chowder $8.00 it was hot in temperature and was balanced in taste. The consistency was on the lighter side which I did not mind, but some may seek the heavier creamy base. 2.) Calamari Rhode Island style $19.00 Calamari was cooked perfectly and was tasty. 3.) Chicken Parmesan $22.00 My hubby said it was prepared well and chicken was moist and tender he said it was delicious. We will definitely be back!
Went there with our golf group and they made us feel welcome and important. Huge wine list at reasonable prices. Food was outstanding. Salad, pasta, risotto and tender short ribs. All of it was excellent. Will be back for more.
A beautiful neighborhood restaurant with excellent cuisine, beautiful atmosphere and great location. Many choices on the menu and great service
Food was delicious. The atmosphere was pleasant.Made a reservation on open table so can't speak to wait to be seated times. The service was little slow in turns of food. We ordered appetizers(humus), and a Caesar salads. We finished that and still had to wait about 15 minutes for our entrees to come out. We had to ask for bread while we waited, which was promptly brought out. My wife and I ordered a pitcher of sangria, which was delicious but they also serve it by the glass. When food came out, it looked and smelled delicious with large portion sizes. I ordered the chicken Marsala and wife ordered the beef short rib. Both were incredible. The owner came out and checked on all the tables various times to on everything. They also have a large wine list to choose from. I will definitely be returning but I'll just put in all of my order in all at once next time. Overall: Our server Rudy was amazing, the kitchen was a tad slow but the food was worth the wait.
This was our second time visiting this restaurant. The first time we found it by chance on Veterans Day, and this time my husband chose it to celebrate his birthday. It’s a very pleasant place, although it was quite noisy this time due to the crowd. The first visit was quieter, probably because there were fewer people or it was later than the usual dinner time here. Portions are generous, especially the pasta, so be careful if you don’t have a big appetite. I ordered the chicken marsala this time, and it was perfect — good size and very tasty. The appetizers arrived quickly, but the main courses took quite a long time. I’m not sure if they weren’t prepared for so many guests or why it took so long; hopefully, it’s not a regular issue. Overall, it’s a nice restaurant with a great atmosphere and excellent service from the staff.
Delious Italian fare and really great service. All of the staff are friendly and welcoming, remembering customers and their favorite orders. The chicken parmesan florentine was delicious and filling. The lamb chops are also a great choice.
I recall seeing this restaurant on Google a few times whenever I searched for "Italian restaurants near me," but never had the opportunity to experience it. However, on 7 May 2025, my family and I finally tried this restaurant for the first time and I was impressed. Considering that this business is identified as a café, I presumed that the dining area would've been slightly towards the smaller side, but whenever we walked in, I was incorrect with my judgement and was thoroughly fascinated with how spacious it was, not to mention, the décor was very nice and provided a relaxing atmosphere. We arrived pretty late in the evening (~45 minutes until closing), but I was glad that they still accommodated us with a smile. Yes, I have been to restaurants before where the host(ess) gives you a dirty look and reminds you of their closing time, also when they kick you out of their establishment 5-10 prior to closing - that wasn't the case here for either scenarios. In fact, Rudy, was the employee who greeted us, escorted us to our table, and was our server that evening. Rudy did such a remarkable job that evening; his attentiveness was impeccable and he was very efficient - my hat's off to him for displaying exceptional customer service and relations. There were so many things I wanted to try on their menu, but we ended up ordering the Crab Stuffed Shrimp, Greek Meatballs, Toscana Soup (soup of the day), Seafood Fra Diavolo with White Wine Garlic Olive Oil, Chicken Piccata, and Penne ala Vodka w/Chicken. Out of these entrées, I felt the star performers were the Crab Stuffed Shrimp, Chicken Piccata, and Penne ala Vodka w/Chicken. Whereas the others didn't make it to stardom, it was still adequate nonetheless. However, I will add that I've had much better Toscana Soup and Seafood Fra Diavolo before - unfortunately, I had to add some sodium chloride to my Seafood Fra Diavolo because I felt it was lacking some flavor. I also would be remiss to not mention the bread and butter that was provided to us at no cost...let's just say, I was grateful that Rudy brought out a second helping without us asking for more - it was that good. The price-to-quantity/quality ratio was reasonable - I can see why locals love coming here to dine or just to socialize. Although, I didn't feel like having wine that evening, I noticed their wine selection/collection is robust and the pricing is fair (remember, businesses still have to make money on their end). Overall, I liked my first experience here, as depicted in my 4-star rating. Although, there were a couple entrées that didn't necessarily hit the mark, I am still interested in returning in the future to try some of the other menu items. I/we will definitely be back down the road and I highly recommend this business to everyone!
